We had an enjoyable stay overall at this condo. The large balcony with stunning ocean views was the highlight of our trip and provided a perfect place to relax. The condo itself was spacious, and comfortable, making it a great option for a beach getaway.However, there were a few plumbing issues that impacted our experience. The hot water did not come consistently, and the water pressure in the bathroom showers was extremely low. Property management acknowledged the concern and mentioned that, since the unit is on the 15th floor, the water pressure can vary depending on overall building usage. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement during our four-day stay.Additionally, if three/four people took showers with warm water, the next person would not get hot water and had to wait a significant time for it to heat up again. We have stayed in many high-rise condos (20 floors) and have never experienced like this.Despite these issues, the condo’s location and breathtaking views made the stay enjoyable. If the water pressure and hot water concerns are addressed, this would be an excellent place to stay

Great location, easy access to restaurants and shopping.The lazy river was such a bonus to just float and let the day slip away. Beach was well kept and water was clear. Views from the balcony were amazing, the condo was clean and tidy. Phoenix Gulf Shores 2 being a brand new condo was definitely an experience to enjoy.

The building and condo were very nice and clean. The condo is nicely laid out with the rooms. There is plenty of space for a large group. The balcony overlooked the gulf and the big windows showcased sunrise and sunset. The pool and lazy river were clean and well managed. Beach access was right there with chairs and umbrellas available to rent.

The condo was beautiful, well furnished, very clean; love the corner unit with pool and beach view! The building and outdoor areas were very nice and clean. We were very pleased and would definitely stay there again. There was an issue with no water in condo several times during our stay. Not the condo owner's fault. However, it was brief each time and was addressed promptly.

Yearly vacation with a sweet wedding added in!

Condo was great! Very roomy and just lovely. Loved loved loved the full size icemaker! Also loved the pool area and lazy river! The staff was phenomenal! We decided to do a small wedding for my youngest son and it was beautiful. Loved that it was allowed at the complex! Just a couple suggestions...in the 2 smaller bathrooms the shower door opens all the way to the wall and drips water badly onto the floor which runs right under the baseboard (I wiped up every time) but some won't and it may cause rotting of the baseboard eventually, could use an extra towel bar and maybe a few narrow shelves as there is no drawers in those vanities. The only other thing was the water would not get hot in the kitchen. No problems with that in any shower. Overall we had a FANTASTIC stay and will be back!!

It is a beautiful condo! The windows are amazing. The master bedroom feels like ice. To keep the other rooms cool, the master bedroom is freezing. There was one day with the water off a lot. New building, I understand. We enjoyed our stay.
