Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just next door to Gulf Shores. Our condominium has spectacular views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Just think - you could watch the sun rise from your own king size bed!

The main balcony extends from the kitchen around the unit to the master bedroom. There are two large sliding glass doors to the balcony from the kitchen/living room area, and two large sliding glass doors from the master bedroom to the balcony. The third bedroom has it's own private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. The complex offers a gulf front outdoor pool, as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, beachside grilling area, and fitness center. The unit is located on the 10th floor.

Sleeping arrangements are a king bed in master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a television. The living room has flat screen television with a DVD player. We also have great high speed internet.

We completed a remodeling project not long ago. We updated the furniture, repainted, and refreshed the living room in the fall of 2023. The condo has newer cabinets, appliances, and two great walk-in marble showers. The entire place was given a fresh coat of paint in 2021.

We spend a great deal of time making sure our condominium is in top working order for your vacation. We only rent to adults over the age of 25 and we do not allow chaperoned groups. Great condo complex and unit

Unit was clean and had a beautiful view. Being on the end with the wrap around balcony was nice. This condo complex is in a good spot being toward the west end of Orange Beach makes it a super easy and fast drive down to gulf shores. Our family had a great time. Thanks!!

Beautiful week, but I had some issues with the condo

Arrived Sat. Looked over the entire condo found some issues that I didn't want to be blamed for, so I called the number on the fridge that was posted for that very reason, got to leave a message with my concerns and phone number, but never heard back from anyone .

Nice Stay!

Romar Place is a simple complex, in a good location, close to restaurants. The beach is pretty, and the sand is white and soft. There are high rises all around, so the beaches are full of people. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay. The view was great, the beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a definite bonus. The couches were comfortable and the extra beach items were nice. We were nervous about being in a high rise, but the elevators weren't bad at all and we barely had to wait. The kitchen was lacking items to cook on. We had to go to the store to get a griddle because there weren't pans big enough to cook for a family on, and the pans that were there were very poor quality. The dining table was too big for the space, and everyone felt crammed, so we couldn't eat together. The patio could benefit from a more usable table and at least 2 chairs to watch the ocean. With a few additions to this place it could be much more compatible to a family of 6+. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Orange Beach family vacation

We were all comfortable and loved our stay at Romar 1001. We had no problems of any kind. Plenty of room for 6 adults.. The 3 bedrooms & 3 baths were ideal. Played cards & board games on table which is large enough for 6. The only suggestion I could make is another chair for the table…and a lower table on the balcony . Being short and 73, the higher seating is difficult, I did improvise and had a folding g chair to use, and the views and location. Are beautiful.. Thank you for accommodating us.

Girls’ trip

Second stay for our group. Great location! Owners gave great communication and instructions. Good layout and kitchen well equipped. Love the balcony and view! Nice walkway to beach with ramp for wagons. Pool area nice and clean. Close to groceries and restaurants.
