This Blue Runner realty property is a beautiful waterfront home with heated pool and pier.

LOCATION:
An incredible waterfront property, that is also on a Direct Gulf Beach Access street. The beach access is a 2 min walk. The location cannot be stressed enough as beach access points are limited. Property is also close to town, activities and grocery stores but away from the high rise congestion.

The house sleeps 14 with a very spacious & open floor plan.

First Floor:

EXPERIENCE:
We're confident you'll love this property, the location, house layout, size, amenities and extras. We strive to provide our guests with a superior vacation experience.

SUMMARY:
What makes this really amazing is that is it also on little lagoon, with fantastic water and sunset views, natural landscapes and a beautiful dock for guests that enjoying fishing, crabbing and kayaking. As you step outside onto the very large decks, you'll look directly down onto the pool and pool deck with tables and loungers. The pool has a raised platform where you can set your chair right in the water. WaterSide West is a spacious home adjacent to WaterSide East with the secluded pool and dock shared by Waterside East and West. The open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining and family room for entertaining and easy views of the large screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, pots, coffee maker pot, a Keurig single , toaster, blender, and stainless refrigerator, flat top oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has 10 foot counter space with bar stools. The family area flows out onto a massive deck with outdoor dining, overlooking the pool and beautiful landscape. Enjoy!

Note on Pet policy: There is a $250 pet fee (per pet) for the stay. Maximum of 2 pets. The pet fee will be added to the invoice after booking. If any pets are not disclosed, there is a $500 non disclosure fee per pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Pets must be friendly, house broken and not loud. Any damages by a pet must be disclosed prior to departure otherwise and a $300 administrative fee will be added to the repair costs. Please treat our home with respect so that we may continue to offer this for our guests and their 4 legged family members.

Note on Supplies: This is a beach rental. Our cleaning staff provides bed linens and bath towels (not beach towels). There are basic (starter level) things provided such as a kitchen trash bag, starter soap and toilet paper roll in each bathroom, one dishwasher detergent, one paper towel roll. You will need these items beyond a few day stay, so plan on bringing or purchasing these items (several stores nearby). If you plan on doing laundry, we have a full size washer and dryer, but you will need laundry detergent.




The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Wonderful Stay

Great stay with a two block walk to the ocean/beach! Clean home with everything you need provided. My favorite part was the beautiful sparkling clear heated pool! Beds were also very comfortable and all of us said we slept great.

The inside of this property is beautiful. I had absolutely no issues there. The outside, though, leaves a lot to be desired. There are broken lounge chairs everywhere, which seem to be forgotten about. There are weeds completely overtaking the sand area. The pavers are cracked and broken. The pool area is beautiful, as well as the dock. All in all; it was a nice home, but for the price and from photos, I would have expected a little more maitenance.

We had an outstanding vacation at this Beach House with a refreshing salt water pool. The Gulf was sparklingly clear and warm, and easily accessible to the home. The house slept 12 comfortably and had a huge open space for all 11 of us to gather in the LR and kitchen. The kitchen was very nicely furnished with plenty of room for 3 of us to prepare an occasional full meal. Our family of 11 enjoyed every aspect of the house. We are in our mid-70's, so it was great that we had a BR downstairs; the adult children and Grandblessings loved their privacy upstairs. It's important that I emphasize how kind and helpful the owners are. We had a special ne ed and they took care of it without charge. We eagerly look forward to returning! The Goforth Family

The house was amazing and great location.

The how has access to Little lagoon in the back and about 2 blocks walk to the beach in front. The owners have a book with recommended sites and restaurants. We did several outings and beach days. Very laid-back town for a relaxing vacation. I recommend if you fish to pick up poles and a license on your first day. Fishing off the peer in back was fun for all. The little general store up the road has everything you need to fish. Enjoy.

Fantastic Gulf Experience

The location of Waterside West was PERFECTLY nestled between the lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. Only one block from the beautiful beach and just steps from the lagoon. Within walking distance to the beach, to the market, or to a nearby restaurant for a quiet relaxing stay. Jellyfish getting in the way of your beach experience? No worries!!! This property has a gorgeous saline pool. We pretty much lived in it all week. The house was spacious, well-stocked, and everything else that it said it would be. We will be back next year. Thank you!

I am a first time Vrbo renter and could not be more pleased with the experience. Lagoon was peaceful, pool perfect size and distance to the beach a short walk. I had my whole family on this vacation and it was beyond words! Family vacation 2023

We had a wonderful week in Gulf Shores! The house is very nice and 11 of us stayed very comfortable. We loved the pool and used it everyday. The weather cooperated and we left 2 snow storms and -15 temps behind. I would recommend this property for sure! Just realize that this is the west unit and there is an east unit and you do share the pool and parking and dock.

The house was set up wonderfully! The dock is amazing and has much wildlife or great place to hangout. The pool and outside area was great to hangout with everyone and everyone had a place to relax. Room sizes were great and spacious. Large open concept living room and kitchen area. We host our reception here for 25 people and we had plenty of space to move around!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay! The house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need and more, the beds were comfortable, the common area has tons of seating so no-one feels left out and there were plenty of outdoor spaces for everyone to relax. The location could not have been better. With our own pool and pier and a VERY short walk to the beach, we barely left the area. The owners were very personable and made sure we had everything we needed. I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserves 5 stars. Will be re-booking this property if we decide to visit the area again!

Fantastic weekend stay with group of friends and family in town for the triathlon. We rented both East and East houses. Perfect location. Loved fishing and crabbing in the lagoon. Kids enjoyed the pool time. Very spacious indoors, and common areas outside on the joining decks and under the house for cooking and cocktails. My only suggestion is bring a fan for sitting outside on decks this time of year! Kitchen was very well stocked, as was the storage area for pool toys. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return next year!

Nice, spacious, conveniently located- needs a little TLC.

The property was spacious and conveniently located. A few issues we experienced were: Instead of repairing the leak under the garbage disposal before we arrived, we were told not to use the disposal upon arrival because there was a leak. No offer to repair it at all. There were loose boards(with nails sticking out) on the back deck that would spring up when you stepped, creating a safety hazard. The threshold from inside the property into the stairs to go out had a high lip that caused everyone to practically trip forward down the stairs- dangerous! My feeling is that, while this property was very nice, it could use a little TLC.

Perfect location with everything you need!

Location of this property was absolutely perfect! It was out of the mix of all the commotion, but only minutes away if you wanted to venture out. House came with pretty much everything you need to make your vacation complete. All in all, the place was perfect for a large family vacation, we would definitely stay here again!
