Needs improvements made

The door dead bolt will not lock, main bathroom cabinet need’s repainting or replaced. The floors inside and the balcony floor was nasty., biggest thing was on second day there we went out for dinner, came back to our room and the door was opened, not pulled closed, someone took our trash out and that is all that was done, made was on the floor two rooms away and I asked her did she go in our room and she said no sir?????? Someone went in and left the door ajar, opened but nothing was missing at all . Just didn’t like our door ajar. ??????

Great stay

We had a great stay for a short visit to the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great - right next to the Hangout. We definitely recommend and will visit again in the future.

Just what we needed

The condo was just as described. It suited our family of 5 perfectly. The location is excellent. The bunk beds are pretty tight so no adult would be comfortable. If you have little ones, the rails are pretty low. We added something to keep them from rolling out of the bunk. There was mold on the sheets provided for the pull out sofa. Only minimum towels were provided which we had to change out daily. For the price, the condo was good for us.

Bare tile floors with no rugs. Furniture was hotel like and no decor to personalize it. I’ve stayed at several places and this unit was the least enjoyable. The location itself was great. No wait for elevators most of the time and very clean friendly staff.

Absolutely perfect location and easy access!

This property has all beach view rooms and the bunks on the hallway were perfect for the kids. I loved the keyless entry for the fact that anyone in our party could come and go without worrying about having the key. The hangout immediately next door provided excellent entrainment and even could be heard at the pool. I would definitely recommend this property to young families and the walking distance to area stores and restaurants have everyone something to do at all times!

Gulf Shores Phoenix All Suites

We had a great stay. The room was as pictured and described. My husband is a Chief Engineer in hospitality and this place even met his standards. The pool is small, but that's not why we went to the beach. 😀
