*UPDATE as of November 11: C-Sharpe had to change the process for the prep work on the unit doors. Beginning Monday, November 17th, they will begin using a laser technology to prep the doors for painting.
The laser demolition of coatings will begin from the top floor down to allow them to get ahead with the demo. The priming crew will come behind them a few days later and install primer. The 3rd crew would follow to apply the top coats. C-Sharpe expects the full duration for the work to take between 4-6 weeks due to holiday season arriving.

The pool deck drain systems have arrived and will be installed next week. Starting Monday, November 10th, the outdoor pool will have to be shut down for 4 days. The indoor pool will remain open until Wednesday when they will start the prep for the indoor pool deck drains. When the indoor pool drains are being installed the indoor pool will be closed. Owners and guests will be able to use and access the outdoor pool through the south door during the indoor pool work.*

Royal Palms will be a No Smoking property starting August 16, 2025. This includes balconies and all common areas.A designated smoking area is located near the BBQ area.Violators may be fined or evicted after a second warning.
