**Please note: Seawind will undergo several community improvement projects from September through November 2026. Work will include club door replacements, breezeway resurfacing, and parking lot resurfacing and restriping. The main indoor/outdoor pool and spa will be closed Sept. 15 – Oct. 1, 2026, for a major HOA project and pool-area maintenance. Dates are weather-dependent and may change. The kiddie pool will remain open throughout the project. Certain floors may have temporary access restrictions while breezeway work is being completed, and guests may experience construction noise and limited access to some areas during this time.

Great location the unit was nice we will come back 💜

Great people to deal with. The room was not ready at 4 so we were given a credit which was very nice . The door handle broke to the sliding door and they sent a very nice maintenance man to replace it. Overall great experience 💜💜💜

Little troubles

Door safety latch very loose. Hook on bathroom door fell off Main door whistled when windy.. which happens a lot there! Recess lights in kitchen out Loose toilet in bathroom Rusty table on balcony Broken chair on balcony Ceiling fan not working properly Screw sticking out of floor to bedroom. Otherwise it was a lovely time!!
