We absolutely loved this house. Very cozy and clean. Everything you need is already there including a golf cart. Secluded and surrounded by nature but just a short distance to the beautiful beach. Plenty to do and well kept grounds with two large pools. So glad we had the opportunity to stay here!

Reviewer Comments: We love Martinique and tried to choose a home that would fit all three of our families for our annual vacay. Bonavita was spacious and laid out very well. The back yard area was great for relaxing/grilling. The kitchen/dining room/living room are was plenty large enough for all our families to gather. The home does need a larger golf cart and an ice maker. WE enjoyed our stay and all the amenities Martinique has to offer.

Memorial Day Weekend at Bonavita!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 10, the house is VERY comfortable for a large group. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable, the living room had plenty of seating as well as the dining/kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked. Bring your own knives if you plan on cooking. The golf cart was very useful to go around in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the pickle ball court. The bicycles need some maintenance, they really weren't functioning. Once we got to the house, we never left the neighborhood!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time. This house fit our family great! 9 adults and 2 little babies. Plenty of room to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. Beautiful property on a secluded lot. Bright and happy feeling inside. Love that there was a golf cart. One thing to keep in mind is there were no condiments, paper towels, garbage bags, or soaps for dishwasher cleaning etc. so make sure you bring those items or be aware they need to be purchased first grocery run. Staff was amazing! We had some problems with the bikes and they were fixed, also forgot wallet in the drawer and they were kind enough to send back- 100% great customer service which is hard to experience these days! Thank you!!

Property Charges For Every Little Thing

Renting this property will nickel and dime you to death. The house is large and has 5 bedrooms however only ONE parking pass is alloted and then they charge you an additional 50$ for each pass after that one. Also we arrived after 5 and no one was in the office. The issue with this is that if you don't park in exactly the "correct" place in the driveway you will receive 100$ tickets with no warning. Even though you were not aware of the regulations. This is our second stay at Martinique on the Beach and it will probably be our last simply because the property managers have gotten greedy and are only out to make an extra dollar.

Perfect Private Paradise for a Large Family over Labor Day

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bonavita was the perfect home for our large family of 12 during Labir Day Weekend. It’s on a street with only two houses so very private and backs up to the Bon Secour with a very large paver patio. Nice screened porch of the house connected to the patio! Could not get the ceiling fan to work or switch to turn on but but a small standup fan and that problem solved to give us a slight breeze. The kitchen is big with an island so served our family well. Would be nice if an ice maker was installed where garbage disposal is. Bonavita had plenty of bikes , beach chairs , sand toys and extra fridge in the garage that made it nice for overflow. Bonavita is a beautiful home that made you feel at home and most comfortable. We all enjoyed our mini vacation and thanks to Bonavita that was achieved.. thank you!!

We had 3 families for our stay at Bonavita (which included 8 teenagers!) and the house was perfect for all of us. The golf cart and bikes were great for the short rides the the beach. The house had everything we needed and then some. We will for sure be back!
