Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This pristine top floor unit located on the 9th floor has a breath taking direct view of the gulf, beach and one of the gulf front pools. It has been updated with new A/C, front loading washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, water heater, tub with decorator tile surround, plank ceramic tile flooring, ceramic backsplash, ceiling fans, new paint & crown molding throughout.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There are flat screen TV's, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the hall. The elevator is near this unit and the door has a keypad lock which requires no key. A lock box with a key is mounted beside the door if a key is needed. Parking permit is purchased upon arrival at the guard shack or managers office.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

We arrived and the unit itself was fine for the most part (although the shower curtain obviously had nlt been cleaned). We were not, however, told that the entire complex would be under construction during our stay despite the fact that signs said it had been going on for over a month. We had specifically told the owner when booking that we wanted a relaxing stay. We were then unable to enjoy our stay because the construction was right outside our door and so loud that we couldn't even hear one another talk on opposite ends of the couch. We couldn't even escape the noise on the beach. There was no way for us to take a nap or relax in the unit as it woke us up at 8AM every day and lasted until at least 5PM every day. We even had to jump over wet concrete one day just to leave the unit. The elevators were also frightening as they were covered in insulation, the numbers displaying the floors were flickering, and the one closest to us made a loud scraping noise every time we went above the 5th floor. I messaged the owner about the problems with the construction after we left to see if we could get a partial refund due to the fact that we weren't told about this beforehand and could have made other arrangements if we were given any notice. He has yet to respond nearly two weeks later, however. The unit itself was fine, however, the unit should not have been rented out at this time. Or, at the very least, it shouldn't have been rented out without any warning of the construction.

We loved the condo and the location. The beach wasn't crowded. This is a perfect spot if you're not into the party crowd. The view is amazing. The only thing is the way the buildings are angled you don't get a view of the sunrise or sunset from the balcony. It's conveniently located close to stores and restaurants.

The owners are so friendly and great- we were able to check in early and they helped us with some questions we had. The view is amazing but the size is a little cramped for a family of 4. Other than that it is easy to hop in the car and you are shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores in 5 minutes or less. Recommend this place to others.

10 year anniversary trip

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The condo was absolutely lovely. We loved all the spaces especially the kitchen.The location, the balcony, the pools, the sauna, and the beach it was all absolutely wonderful! Top floor view

Pleasant unit without any problems or complaints. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Usually when we rent there are a few basics like salt and pepper, coffee filters, foil and plastic wrap (there were none). This causes extra grocery cost.
