Excellent location - guest room AC broken

The host was friendly and promptly answered all communications. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with a beach theme.I immediately noticed the air conditioning in the second bedroom was not working. Contacted the host who said it has been broken since Hurricane Sally (2020). No mention of that in the listing. They said they leave the bedroom door open to help cool. We purchased a fan to help push air into the room. Not an ideal situation and anyone staying in that room has no privacy.

Great beach getaway

We have stayed at the Lighthouse before and it never disappoints. Stefi was an amazing host. She is super responsive and fast with communication. The condo was perfect for our little family of 4 (11 y.o and 8 y.o) without much bickering about who gets to press the elevator button and who gets to sleep on the top bunk. Great vacation and would book again!
