This was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk our dog around the neighborhood and get to Gulf State Park’s massive trail system without going out to the busy main road. Beach access was just across the street. The house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. A few kitchen essentials like salt and pepper and cooking oil would be appreciated.

Very much enjoyed our week at Cottages of Tannin 5. Great access to beach, nice pool. Would stay there again for sure. Very clean.

Quick trip

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Beach access was very convenient and only a quick walk. The neighborhood was pet friendly and perfect for morning/afternoon runs. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Christmas Vacation

I stayed a month and the house was very comfortable. I only had one issue with the smoke alarm going off at night, so I had to wait until morning for maintenance to come change the batteries. I would suggest changing all batteries on a schedule so this does not happen to someone else. I also wanted to report that the commode downstairs is loose and moves when you sit on it. Over all, good experience for the month.

Perfect Location

This property was a perfect location in Orange Beach. I was there on business, and it was close to my conference location and great restaurants. The house had everything that we needed, and the beach access directly across the street was perfect and a beautiful location for sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Spring break

Very accommodating as they let us check in early and response time for questions was good. The location was perfect for the beach and bike trails . Will definitely be coming back soon . Everyone had plenty of room in the house .

Overall the property was very clean. My only complaint was mold in the washing machine. Good location, you have to cross the street to get to the beach, which we knew.

Best “not on the beach” location

So close to the beach without all the sand returning with you to the accommodation. We love the location! We brought our dog and she loved walks in the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and felt homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick meals. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect as ALWAYS

This property was everything they stated in the description and more. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and super close to the beach. The pool in the community was right outside the condo so we could easily watch the kiddos play. We definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Property was beautifully, professionally decorated and located in short walking distance to great beach. Little contact with host. Needed some help with initial entry to home. Highly Recommended! Loved the lovely, comfortable decor.

Great stay at the Cottages of Tannin #5

We had a wonderful time during our trip this past week! The cottage is located near many great restaurants, across from the beach, and close to several shopping areas! The rental was located across from the swimming pool, which was nice, and had plenty of room for 4 adults and our dog. The only thing that I would recommend would be to have someone come in and clean the air vents, and the fans- they were very dusty! We would definitely rent this cottage again!
