Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property was a perfect fit for our family vacation! You can not check in until 4:30pm which I don’t agree with if your room is ready sooner. I text them when it was time to check out and the cleaning crew was at the door immediately. If the cleaning crew is there that quick then I am not sure why they can not text you to let you know if your room is ready for a sooner check in. I gave the cleanliness 4 stars because from day 1 the floor felt oily from a cleaner I am sure, so you had to walk around with shoes on to keep your feet from being black. The dryer didn’t dry the greatest. You had to run it at least 2 times to get clothes dry even on small loads.

The rental was spacious, looked like the pictures, had gorgeous views and was very convenient with the beach, indoor and outdoor pools. We did need to mop the floors the day we got there as they were turning white socks black. The rug in the living room and the couch and pillows could all use a good steam clean. We needed to buy a sheet pan to cook with as the pans were very old or rusted.

Great vacation spot

We had 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) in this condo; never felt cramped or over crowded. The pools and beach access were great, especially for kids. Staff were helpful and friendly. Listing was just as expected. Only minor qualm was that the floors were pretty dirty from the get-go; bare feet were turned black from being dirty. Overall, would recommend and would rent from this host again.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 adults had a great time at the beach in this condo. Lots of room for everyone, comfy beds, lots of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. We had a minor maintenance problem that was fixed immediately. There were 4 great elevators in the building that made it quick and easy to get to the garage and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place but rude host

The condo was very spacious and very nice. The view was fantastic and the location was perfect. Everything was pretty clean and parking and check in were very easy. Our only complaint is the heat had a problem and the host did not send anyone to fix it, claiming there were no techs available that night. Being the middle of February, it was very cold and the heat was blowing cold air. When we contacted the host, he acted like we just didn’t know how to use the thermostat. Once we jumped through his hoops to prove we weren’t doing something wrong, he said he would “try” to find a tech and then never responded after that.
