This waterfront condo is the only penthouse immediately adjacent to the Refuge, offering privacy and breathtaking views of the beach and Refuge. Additionally, you will witness the sunrise over the gulf waters each morning. No buildings are obscuring the views of the beach—just uninterrupted natural beauty. Experience peace and serenity while enjoying the benefits of overlooking the 4,200-acre wildlife sanctuary, with three miles of permanently mandated undeveloped beach along the sanctuary to the east. Listen to birds and watch for dolphins while sipping espresso on the private balcony.
The overall decor is warm and casually sophisticated, with lovely hand-painted walls, and offers an open floor plan with close to 1,900 square feet of living space.
Each year the owner updates some aspect of the home to make it more enjoyable for both the renters and themselves. During the last 3 years there has been significant updates made to the kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances as well as large tile travertine limestone flooring. The second and third bathrooms were refitted with limestone and granite flooring, marble and granite counters, new fixtures, lighting, faucets, and mirrors. Beautifully unique ceramic tiles have been installed at the entryway. In 2024, the master bath was completely rebuilt with new custom-made walnut cabinetry, antique furniture, antique-style soaking tub, extravagant fixtures throughout, and a luxurious shower wet area. The wet area walls, floor-to-ceiling, and the entire floor of this oversized new bathroom are covered by seven full slabs of exquisite and rare Italian marble.
The open, airy feeling is enhanced by the 10-foot ceilings of this penthouse unit, along with generous 15-foot vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas. Other amenities include ceiling fans, plantation shutters, central heating and air conditioning, a large master bath with a large claw-foot soaking tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and lots of closet space.

Martinique 301E was Wonderful!
We stayed at Martinique Condos #301E and it was a wonderful experience. The condo had everything that we needed for our vacation week. The well-stocked kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and accessories. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches and chairs. The bedrooms were large and each had it's own bathroom. One of the best parts of the condo was the beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the porch! WOW! Only a short walk down the boardwalk we had easy access to the beach and ocean. Thank you to the homeowners for keeping the condo so nice. We will certainly try to stay there again in the future.
