The resort has private villas. Each of its own swimming pools are amazing in Thai style. The swimming pool offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding area. There is a great sunset under the palm trees! Villa Arpar is the largest and offers incredible comfort! Private entrances to the shared pool + large private pools inside the villa! Incredible! I'm just gonna go to the villas! For me great choice for relaxation and use of Thai environment I can only recommend! Very nice staff!
This villa is gorgeous. A beautiful and dear smile at the reception, will bring you to a paradise with a beautiful view, which at sunset is a wonderful spectacle. excellent pools and an excellent restaurant and bar will prepare your moments of paradise. the service is excellent and very nice. Here you will not miss anything.
From the moment we opened the gate to our villa, to the moment we left tango Luxe we couldn't wipe the smile off of our faces. The villa was so romantic for us as a young couple, the bedrooms, bathrooms and pool were so incredible. We spent the sunsets watching the horizon over the ocean which is one of the best views we have had on our travels. My girlfriend and I would totally recommend this place to anybody who is after a personal, private villa experience. This is only a little place, it feels super homely. Breakfast also amazing. Can't fault Tango Luxe for our stay. :)
This villa was exactly as advertised. It is a small resort of 14 Villa's which allow the staff to treat you like royalty.. The room is spacious and the bathroom is outstanding!!! The plunge pool is a huge bonus.. We sat on the deck near the bar overlooking the water, sunset and Big Budda and had dinner a couple of nights and it was so peaceful and the view is stunning!! I will definitely stay here again when we return to Koh Samui. Pim and all the staff should be extremely proud of the service they preside. It is 2nd to none!!!!!
What can't you say about this accommodation!! It was fantastic! People Say that this is "out of it" when you are looking at these reviews, or as a person shopping for a holiday we have all googled its location...but I can honestly say, we love our night life and this hotel was perfect for us! It is set in, we think, the best part of the island, YES you have to pay for a cab to chaweng (where all the lively night life is) but better to pay for the cab which by the way should work out at 400 Baht each way...approx 8ish quid GBT but it's 16 mins drive away but better to be out of it than in it. Chaweng is busy and I am not sure if it ever shuts down but for as lively as we are I can't say that we would have ever wanted to stay there. This hotel boasts a beautiful view of the big Buddha while dining, which is a walk away if you wanted to and has the most amazing staff. While on staff...we were greeted by JC who has the most infectious voice...the man is simply a Jem! Polite and always there to help. Each night we would walk to reception and he couldn't help us more! Someone give that man a day off as a thank you as he truly made our time there memorable! Now the accommodation itself..Beautiful, peaceful, private and surprisingly spacious! We stayed in the kesar villa. Small but lovely pool, nice decking area and amazing bath! Beds were super comfy and on arrival small touches like little elephants that you can purchase were in the room. (Now you may think it's all just money making cashing in on the old elephant making As you will see a lot of these in town but honestly the ones they sold here were the best quality that we see the whole time we were there so needless to say we bought them home with us lol) What's great about this accommodation is that they actually deliver your breakfast to your room. This is something you end up taking for granted until you move on to another hotel In your trip and actually realise you have to get out of bed and het ready to get food. The food here was great. You have all sorts to chose from and having in your villa is the extra special touch. The reception area is beautiful decorated and the whole resort is beautiful green and clean. We came in September and the weather was poor but believe me I burnt in the rain one day at the pool and am still suffering now nearly a month on so take the advice and put the sun block on, however when the rain whipped up a gale and the trees were spitting leaves there was staff outside cleaning it up...in the RAIN. They couldn't be more attentive! JC took care of our trips and arranged them for us which was one issue off our hands. I would warn while on this note against Doing the zip line day out. Not only is it over priced but seems to go around in a circle and frankly you are better off doing this on another country. Oh the food here was fab! We had a beautiful meal here.. drinks are average price for a beer, I would advise against mini bar and walk to the 7/11 which is round the corner but that's no criticism, that's on point and No different to many hotels. If you do ever stay in the kesar look out for a silver pandora ring as we lost one! Lol would be grateful if this came home! Long and the short, if I came back to samui i would only book here, its central to both fishermans village which also is 400 bhat and chaweng 400 bhat and peaceful. Oh lastly we hired bikes for 150 bhat a day opposite the entrance of the hotel. Lovely woman sitting there in here shop. I would recommend her but be aware she will want to keep your passport or drivers licence but in honest she really was secure. I will be writing up some tours but not on this hotel ref. We couldn't recommend this more. We l loved you tango luxe and all the staff!!
Thats the place Im coming back and will come back for sure in next years. Not place for people which want to have parties and loud music around- and thats wonderfull:) small, private, very unique. You got tour own space in your own villa with small pool with jacuzzi. Lovely staff, place perfect for relax and escape form noice and crowdy places. For me it is not a problem that there is no such beach like Chaweng or Lamai. For some people could be. But then you will not have such peace around. Place is magic like small sanctuary:) very nice food in restaurant. Villa inside is just lovely and have really enough space and huuge bathroom. Thats my magic place for escaping from laud, stresfull, crowdy corpo life each 2-3 years:)
My partner and I headed to Ko Samui at the end of our travels for a bit of relaxation time and my goodness we are SO glad we picked this place for it!! It was perfect!! Gorgeous place! And the loveliest staff!! The water front bar is delightful and especially beautiful at sunset. It has a great range of yummy cocktails and delicious food. A good mix of Thai or western options. All amazing! All the staff were seriously fantastic and so friendly and helpful! And they gave us some great recommendations of what to do and where to eat. (Side note, make sure you visit Cafe 69 which is in Fishermans Village) The villas are located about a 7min drive away from the village and you can hire scooters or a car through the hotel if you want. Pim and all the staff were wonderful and I highly recommend you check this place out if you're looking for a lovely place to relax. It was bliss!
An awesome getaway destination! Great, friendly staff. A good breakfast every day in Villa with private plunge pool was a blissful escape allowing the choice of whether to mix with others or not. Bed was a bit too firm was only slight negative.
This hotel is perfection. If you're on the fence about booking, do it asap! It's a boutique place and all rooms are bungalows with a private patio, pool and outdoor sitting area. The fact that it's a smaller property means that you won't feel overrun by people all the time and the staff are never overwhelmed. We loved the location at the end of a quiet cove and about fifteen minutes drive from the main tourist strip. Even though you're in a quiet spot, there is more than enough within walking distance. A three minute walk away is a 7-11 and a couple of casual food stands. Further towards the big Buddha temple are several other restaurants (Sun Set by Angelina is a great spot for sundown drinks) and massage places, so you'll always have lots of variety. We walked this way a couple nights/days and it's an easy ten-ish minute walk. The resort offers free bikes, you can rent a scooter, and they have a free shuttle in the afternoon. Options galore. All that said, we hardly wanted to leave the property. It's so beautiful and every detail is meant to help you have the perfect stay. We stayed in the Sala Suite room type which is a little different from the junior suite. Basically the patio is a little bigger and you have a sofa and table/chairs in the outdoor area instead of just the table/chairs. All the little touches you could want in the room are there. There's a big soaking tub with bath foam. Towels for your little pool and a drying rack, iron/board, lots of coffee/tea/water, umbrellas, bug repellent, a beach bag... Also the TV has on demand movies for free which was awesome! Every morning I did yoga on our patio, had a quick dip in our pool and then breakfast was delivered to our room (Its included! Lots of tasty options!). It was heaven and I really didn't want to leave. The biggest asset of this place is the incredible staff. A very big thank you to JC at the front desk, to Biju in the spa for the incredible treatment, and Lay and Naing at the pool bar. There are many, many more who's names I unfortunately didn't get, but everyone we talked to were so great! Truly, the staff at this place have it nailed. Sigh. Hope we can go back soon!
Everything was perfect. We used our pool to the absolute max😆 If you want to hire scooters, eat somewhere apart the hotel and can be bothered to do it yourself you can get things very cheap...or let the hotel arrange everything for you and pay for it. We will be back.
