My husband and I recently stayed at this resort in South Chaweng Beach and enjoyed every minute of it. The resort is clean and staff very friendly . The rooms are large and beds were really comfortable . The staff do an excellent job of cleaning the complaints there ! They are larger than most hotel rooms. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each day overlooking the pool. The beach is less than 5 min walk . There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The sand is much coarser than a lot of places and the water can be rough but just be careful. The only thing I would have liked to see was a safe in the room rather than at the front reception. I did not use it but chose to keep my valuables locked away in my suitcase. There are lots of good restaurants in the area. I would definitely return if ever in the area again.

Their room are classified in different ranges. If you are with your family, try to book the best especially suits near beach. It has very beautiful beach. So much calm enviroment. Breakfast was not so good

Pool is ok.. beds are stone hard, pillows could be used as a bricks. When told something include in the room, you will pay it afterwards. If you buy a driver and a car from the hotel they charge you double what a taxi would cost. All the drivers talk only Thai!! This means when you want to go somewhere they take you where ever they want. Service is like 3+/5 compared to normal Thai hospitality. Hotel is far from everything! Water is dirty for diving. Overall.. room price should be close to 25$/night.

I love everything about this place! I can't complain at all ! I know it's hard to make everyone happy, we do expect different things, but I am not High Maintenance person. As long its clean, friendly staff, good food I am happy! And all that you will get in this hotel!

Nice hotel clean and safe in your room was secure big rooms, wifi only works in the reception area pool area ok but we only went there one day nice location quite part of samui we had a bike so we would drive round to the busy bit would defiantly recommend staying this side of samui 100% much better. Beach is 5 mins if that just on the corner there is open massage stands on the beach and a shack with sun lounges and drinks that was nice to go and have a chilled day. Beach just behind the hotel is so clean i think from the back rooms you can over look the beach ! Paradise !

The staff are lazy and unfriendly, the only person who excelled was our housekeeping lady, looked after our room thank you. This hotel is run down, staff need to be inspired to keep the place clean and provide service in the food and drink areas, front office staff seemed not to really care. Security non existent , the hallways at night are noisy , we also noticed the lights within the building were inadequate, maybe just not enough attention to maintenance around this run down hotel, we were all very disappointed during our lengthly stay.

The family rooms were quite big and clean. We had a very boring balcony and could barly fit two people. It was towards the pool area but you didn't see much. The beds were the hardest we have ever experienced in Thailand (been here 4 times and stayed in about 15 hotels). The cleaning ladies were very nice, not something you could say about the people in the reception. Our friends swapped hotels immediately when they saw the double-rooms. They had no view from the balcony and almost no windows at all in these rooms. The breakfast had the bare minimum and not very tasty. The beach was ok (very high waves and tides when we were there) and there were plenty of sun beds. This was very positive. It took about 10 minutes and 50 bath per person with a taxi in to Chaweng center. A very nice restaurant close to the hotel called "The Chef".

Hotel room was amazing spacious everything you could ask for. Lovely showers. The hospitality here was outstanding and i think that says so much for the hotel - the way they care for their guests should always be priority and here it certainly was. Breakfast at this hotel was amazing, lovely omelettes quite a wide range of food Would 100% stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it!

As we were there during "no-party" time, i chose this first bc i thought this hotel had a good location, but no! Staff was bad, they looked tired and didnt even want to smile, our first room was a standard one, cheap so it was terrible, hard n dirty bed, noisy AC, then we asked to pay more to upgrade to deluxe one, first one, AC didnt sound bad but Jesus it didn't work at all even we turned it to the coldest mode, then we asked for maintenance, they fixed 2 times n still didnt show us any improvement, then we changed to another one, newer, but still them same.. too hot to stay! And location, it's empty everywhere, we love walking but here nothing is in walking distance(or maybe 40mins walking to the main area) only few restaurants. So room was smell, hot, bad location n we couldnt stay like that for 6 nights! Finally we booked n moved to BAN SAMUI RESORT, this is heaven even we paid much much more expensive. But thanks that we didnt stay there for 6 nights. It could ruin our trip!

My favorite aspect about this place is its location. Koh Samui is a very busy island. Though the fun is in the center where all the shopping and dining is, you don't want to stay there where it doesn't feel like an actual oasis or vacation. This spot was well away from the touristy area but close enough to visit the tourist area anyway. The private beach is ideal. The sand is course, but the water, the fishes, the views are all great. It is secluded and you really feel like you're in an oasis. You get what you pay for, however. Since this hotel is very affordable and mid tier budget, you can tell that the amenities are old. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but they'll do if you don't plan to stay at your hotel most of the day and only need somewhere clean and clear enough to sleep. This hotel isn't lavish, but it's good if you're on a strict budget.
