It was extremely hot when we arrived, which was expected, they only allow for one key so that all of the energy in the room is turned off, it takes 20+ minutes for the AC to even do anything in the small rooms. It’s a sauna when you show up each time. Plus, in the middle of the night, the AC turned off so we woke up at 3 AM sweating in our sheets. They mentioned to us the next morning that yes that can occur. Thanks a lot!!

Great location recently renovated

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Amazing choice for breakfast buffet. Great staff on the desk to help with local directions. They have a wonderful pool area. That’s a great spot to go just to chill. It is a short walk to nightlife and activities and easy access to the beach across the street. The only problem I had was Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but they did put a rotor in my room and it was resolved. I’ve been travelling for several months in local accommodations, and this was a real treat to me to stay here. The property was renovated about six years ago, so it’s fresh and modern. Water provided daily in reusable bottles

I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. There's a ton of bars and restaurants all around. There's only one complaint I have and the bed is very hard. Other than that, I do highly recommend this hotel.

I had the suite n my room faces directly on to the main street. When they advertise clubs n thai boxing it can get noisy. Room tv size is a bit small n analog cable has bad quality channels.

They are constantly trying to extort money while having a meal, if the sheet or the pillow gets dirty, they charge an exorbitant price for a new one, only hand out a body towel, and there is no possibility of an additional pillow even with an additional charge

The hotel was clean and tidy, however, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the corridor was very echoey so the noise from other hotel guests doors opening and closing travelled down the hallway. Otherwise good location and close to the beach.

Book if you want to ruin your vacation

I would never book this hotel again, the worst overall experience, ruined my vacation. I booked a premier room, but there were some small bugs in the room, the mattress was very stiff, the tv is installed above the entrance in the bathroom and i hit it with my head (and I'm only 6 ft tall). On top of all that, the worst customer service; they said they are are allowing a friend to enter the room for 5 minutes to wait for me while i was changing only if i pay 1200 Baht. When i confronted the manager she said while she was smiling that i can give them bad reviews if i don't like it, that was the only comment. Don't book and destroy your vacation!
