Welcome to the Gulf Breeze Fish Camp!



What an adorable cottage on the water! This completely remodeled home sits on a canal in beautiful Gulf Breeze. The home is positioned between Pensacola and Navarre Beaches and provides a unique lodging experience away from the crowds. It is also a quick drive to downtown Pensacola! We think you will love the location and updates of this home that has just hit the rental market.



When you arrive you'll find plenty of driveway parking available for two vehicles and a third can be parked on the street. Head up the stairs to the front door and enter into the spacious living room that is open to the dining area. Just off the dining area is a small balcony that is perfect for watching those gorgeous Florida sunsets. The remodeled kitchen may be small but it has everything you need to prepare full meals for the family. There is also a convenient half bath just off the living area. Head downstairs to find the two queen bedrooms and huge full bathroom. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.



One of the bedrooms has a back door with direct access to the back deck and open grass lot overlooking the canal. Enjoy fishing from the seawall, grilling out on the porch, or just relax with your morning coffee on the back deck. Relaxing is easy here in this quiet neighborhood. Was clean for the most part the grill as not clean and under the bed there was trash...host was very easy to communicate with wasn't very good fishing really wasn't any fish there other than that we had a pleasant stay

The property was very good and my party had a great stay. We had no trouble with stairs, but for anyone with mobility issues, this is not a good choice, so keep that in mind. The views were great and overall the place was furnished well. I was disappointed that visitors are not allowed to stock the kitchen with spices that can be left behind or coffee pods not from the property manager. It would have been nice to be able to leave foil, coffee pod, spices and other useful items for future guests. We did leave two whisks since none were provided. The fishing was not as good as we had hoped since the neighbors on either side are beginning property development and the water has been muddled. We did catch some crabs and fish were seen jumping each day which was very cool. This is a great choice for a stay and I will probably be back if I come to the area again. Thanks to the hosts.

Beautiful house on canal

This beautiful home is exactly how the pictures looked on their website. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the condition of the home. I would say the only thing that we missed is tv’s in the bedrooms and a fan because that’s how we fall asleep at night. Most people don’t use those things anyway but with traveling from Wisconsin we didn’t want to go out and buy them. I’m sure if we had contacted the vacation property management team I’m sure they would’ve did their best to accommodate us. We are definitely coming back to stay next year and for a month. We cannot wait!!! Thank you for the memories and many more to follow.
