Beautiful flat with a large terrace and communal swimming pool, a few steps from the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Bright, nicely decorated with attention to detail and can accommodate up to 4 people. On its large terrace you can relax, have breakfast or sunbathe while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. Surrounded by black sand beaches, this flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife.

It is ideal for families, couples and business travelers, as it has 600mb Wifi Fiber Internet, desk and all the comforts for teleworking. It has capacity for 4 people, distributed in 2 spacious bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed and the second one with a trundle bed and desk, both with ceiling fan and air conditioning. It has a bathroom with bathtub, independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and living room with satellite TV, a comfortable sofa and exit to the fantastic terrace of the house, with dining table, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch, relax and sunbathe. It also has a communal swimming pool and solarium in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.

With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a nice village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. It also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The property has a fully equipped independent kitchen, fridge, kettle, juicer, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, bed linen and shower towels, cot, high chair and much more.

The outdoor chairs have been replaced by backless benches.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der sehr gut liegenden Unterkunft. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend und ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
