Magnificent duplex with terrace and communal pool, a few minutes from the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. With a careful decoration to the smallest detail and capacity for 4 people, ideal for families, couples and business trips. It has Fiber WiFi, Smart TV, space for sunbathing and enjoying a good lunch outside, while enjoying the good weather of the place. It is perfect for a unique vacation on the island of Tenerife.

It has capacity for 4 people distributed in two large bedrooms, the master bedroom with king bed, TV and storage space for clothes, and the second bedroom with two single beds. It has a bathroom with bathtub and bidet, a large open space with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and living area with sofa, Smart TV 55” and direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a nice lunch. Upstairs offers a quiet space for reading and another terrace with space for sunbathing. It also has a communal pool and solarium in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.

With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a beautiful village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. In addition to a magnificent connection to the freeway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender, fan, clothes iron, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, sheets, crib, high chair and much more.

Grundsätzlich war alles ok.Lediglich die beiden Einzelbetten im "Kinderzimmer" waren für Erwachsene viel zu kurz.Für Menschen, die größer als 1,70m sind nicht zu gebrauchen.Daher ist die Wohnug im jetzigen Zustand für vier Erwachsene nicht geeignet.Und wie immer fehlte ein Staubsauger, aber das ist so auf den Kanaren.
