欠缺溝通，沒有解決問題。

我因入住之前一晚亦都冇任何電郵指示我們是自助check-in，到步後再致電hotel.com內的聯絡電話，這才叫我們往信箱取鎖匙。 入去之後，原本我們是兩間房，一間係雙人床另一間是兩張單人床。入內後發現兩間房也是雙人床，致電該apartment 聯絡人，他們說Hotel.com沒有給指示，亦未能為我們作出任何安排。而Hotel.com也致電他們，他們說會電郵再詢問apartment ，但是沒有任何回覆。我們住了十天，有三天係沒有水供應。

Great place, difficult check-in

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Clean apartment with all the comforts you need and god location. The check-in procedure was a bit problematic since we didnt get the check-in details until after we reminded them. And the procedure to get into the apartment was fun but it took about 45 minutes with 2 different doors with different codes, 5 or 7 different keys, wrong room number on the keys and 2 different door locks to the apartment :) also there were two different. Also there were 2 different can openers but none of them worked (just a minor thing). Despite all this i would definately recommend this place.
