Exceptional service from property owners

I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. On arriving at thw properrt i was blown away by the standard of it. It was more than £300 cheaper rhan than the closest hotel for the period of my booking and the accomodation was excellent. It is situatued on am amzing site and i thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend tgis properrty to anyone.
