Cheerful and practical 2 bedroom apartment by the sea. Located in the center of Playa San Juan just a few steps from the beach and the promenade. It is ideal to relax and to enjoy the sea and beautiful walks in the sun.

The apartment has two bedrooms. With capacity for 3 people and with the possibility of adding a cot and high chair if necessary. It is fully equipped. Very practical and comfortable for a family or a group of friends.
It has a very bright living room with a balcony and views of the sea. Fully equipped American kitchen. Newly renovated and modern bathroom. Small utility room with washing machine and drying area.

WIFI available during the stay.

The area has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and everything you need just a few steps away. The beach is very close and has all the services, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
There is also a playground on the promenade for the little ones.

59 stairs to apartment!!!!

The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. Also it would’ve been useful to have some local details in the apartment. For example nearest pharmacy, medical centre, refuse bins, bus services, market days, places to visit, taxi services etc. Just general knowledge of the local area would’ve been useful

Schöne Wohnung, die gute ausgestattet ist. Sie liegt im dritten Stockwerk mit 60stufen

Da die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße mit Bushaltestelle (vier Linien) liegt, gewöhnt man sich irgendwie an etwas lautere Umgebung. Gegenüber ist auch eine nette Bar, in der sich fie älteren Herren treffen und manchmal bis in die Nacht hinein deutlich diskutieren. Ansonsten man schnell am Strand ist man sehr

Blick auf Teide und das Meer

Das Apartment war super sauber und hat alles was man benötigt um sich gut selbst mit Essen zu versorgen. 50 Meter die Straße hoch befindet sich ein Supermarkt der über 20 verschiedene Sorten Seefisch und vielerlei Meeresfrüchte tiefgefroren anbietet. 50 Meter die Straße runter befindet sich ein Supermarkt der alles andere für den täglichen Bedarf bereit hält. Vom kleinen Balkon aus kann man Morgens sehen wie die Sonne über der Insel aufgeht - hat dabei einen Blick zum Teide als auch hinunter auf das Meer. Der einzige Nachteil dieser ansonsten wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung ist die Lage direkt gegenüber der Bushaltestelle, wo Morgens schon vor Sonnenaufgang die Busse fahren und gegenüber eine Bar, wo manchmal auch noch nach Mitternacht Lieder angestimmt werden. Aber gut - das wußte ich vorher, da ich Playa San Juan bereits vorher kannte. Ansonsten kann ich das Apartment bedenkenlos empfehlen - die paar Stufen in den dritten Stock haben mich nicht abgeschreckt - dafür hat man dann halt einen schönen Ausblick.

Playa San Juan - alles was gebraucht wird

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche auf Teneriffa. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nach an einem Kiesstrand, das Wasser ist wunderbar, der Strand sauber. Die Strandpromenade ist ansprechend. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, an der Promenade auch einige Lokale zum Essen und Trinken. Playa San Juan ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem öffentlichen Bus gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was gebraucht wird: Geschirr, Pfannen, Töpfe, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine uws. Wir habe die Wohnung sauber vorgefunden. Sie liegt an einer Straße, die befahren wird, allerdings liegt sie deshalb auch zentral, nah am Strand und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Super Apartment - Strand, Restaurants, Bars und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Playa San Juan ist ein kleiner Ort mit nur wenigen Touristen. Das Apartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.
