Cozy Countryside Home near Beach with Private Terrace, WiFi, and EV Charging

Ideally located between the Medieval City of Guérande, La Turballe, Piriac sur Mer, La Baule and the Brière Regional Park, both in the countryside and not far from the sea (3 km), the Kerhouanne cottage is a traditional semi-detached house, renovated in the old style with all modern comforts. It is close to the owners' dairy farm, with the possibility of a visit on request. Private enclosed outdoor space of 400 m² with terrace (south). Available: pétanque, molkky and chicken coop to collect eggs in season.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room/lounge with wood stove, 1 bedroom with private bathroom (160x200 bed) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 open bedroom (3 twin 90x200 beds) and bathroom/toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, bed/high chair/changing table/baby bath.
Included: sheets (beds made), electricity, electric heating and wood.
Not included: towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65). Socket for recharging electric cars.

Un accueil cinq étoiles par les propriétaires, qui nous avaient déjà préparé un feu dans le gîte. Ils sont super gentils et serviables. Le gîte est très bien équipé pour un séjour à quatre personnes. Très bien situé entre Guérande et la Turballe. Seul bémol: le signal wifi faible. On y retournera avec plaisir !
