So this is an airport hotel and it is a standard modern clean normal hotel. Except for the food you could not tell it was in Ecuador. We ate at the buffet dinner and it was fabulous, with ethnic and continental great food plus the best desserts i have ever had at a buffet. Well worth the price. The staff is kind and helpful and helped us book a local tour . Also its only 5 minutes from the airport so a great place to rest between flights.

I was just there for one night. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle from the airport. Upon arriving a porter helped me with my bags and brought me a warm tea-like drink and cookie from cart set up by the front desk. The front desk person was friendly and efficient. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfy.

10/10, perfect as a solo female traveler arriving late at night. The shuttle was there when I landed, very quick trip to the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. It felt very safe. Huge room/bathroom, very clean and seemed newly renovated. Comfortable beds . 100x nicer than the $400/night hotel I was at in Chicago. Highly recommend for all airport layovers.

Another great stay

The hotel is clean, staff is attentive and its the closest hotel to the airport. We have status and are extremely grateful for complimentary upgrades when available. I do think there is a tiny bit of room making our stay even better by providing wash cloths since they only provide liquid soap and not bar soap. Also, the breakfast is always cold because the warmers are either not on or do not work, not sure. However, I will be back on our next trip to Ecuador because its so convenient.
