Poor experience

We had three adults, and they put us in a room with two full-size beds. The two of us who had to share a bed, didn’t sleep at all. The room did not have enough towels, and the air conditioning was not turned on when we got in the room, so it was quite warm. Our stay included breakfast, but we needed to leave too early in the morning to enjoy the breakfast… So we asked them to box it for us. They were going to charge us $32 for three boxed breakfasts, which seemed unfair. We stayed in this hotel once before, and our previous experience was excellent. Not sure what the problem was this time.

Service left me wanting

I was staying 2 nights at the Quito Airport Wyndham after a tour in Peru and Equador. I had to ask for my complimentary drink coupon. I was told I could have it on my second day. When I said I’d like it my first day there was a whirlwind of confusion. I did finally get the coupon but I felt uncomfortable with the interaction. I had an early morning flight the day of my check out and would be gone before the complimentary breakfast buffet opened. I asked if I could get a boxed breakfast and a coffee. They said they could do the boxed breakfast/coffee but that I would have to pay for it. It just wasn’t what I expected - I was disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel and convenient for travel to airport. Shuttle to airport. As there were large number of people waiting to take the shuttle to the airport , Wyndham deployed taxis at their own cost to ease the situation which was a great gesture!
