Disliked: Check-in, communication
La propiedad es linda, la habitación es comfortable. En la recepción no encontramos a nadie ni para check in ni check out, llamamos al número que aparece en la reserva y nadie contestaba, cuando el personal del hotel llegó estaban atendiéndonos de mala manera, no nos preguntaron nada ni tuvimos que llenar ningún tipo de documento, nos dieron la llave y se fueron. La habitación tiene muchos zancudos, no hay señal de TV, solo apps, no había ni jabón ni shampoo ni acondicionador en los tarros de la ducha, dos toallas que estaban bien dobladas en el mueble estaban terriblemente sucias.
