House with 5 suites, TV room, air conditioning in all rooms, stunning garden, small and very safe condominium, 300 mts from the sea, soccer court in the condominium, corner house overlooking the rainforest! Homemakers live in the house, daily cleaning by tenants! Two bedrooms with king size bed, two barracks with two single beds and one bi-bed and a loft with several beds. No parties will be allowed in the house or loud sound after 22.00 hrs. Limit of people: 16. Deposit in the owner's account for security deposit 03 days prior to accommodation in the amount of $ 2,500.00 which will be returned as soon as the house is checked.
