Espaço geral bem agradável, piscinas climatizadas ou não, para ambos os gostos. Espaço geral para crianças bem acolhedo. Refeições boas, não sei se era por ser alta empolada, mas os custos são altos. porém você pode pedir comida fora. Quarto muito bonito, padrão, ar condicionado e todo suporte de quarto (sabonetes. shampoos, toalhas repostos todos os dias) E fica um agradecimento aos funcionários da cozinha que toda vez que precisava de algo. até fora do horário, eram muito solícitos.

Atendimento ótimo!

Tudo ótimo, localização (mais perto da praia do que aparenta no mapa), cadeiras/guarda-sol na praia, quiosque de apoio, bar e restaurante do hotel, qualidade do Wi-Fi e principalmente atendimento da equipe do hotel. Únicos pontos mas que não me impedirão de voltar, cama faz um pouco de barulho e café da manhã não tão variado! Já pretendo voltar em breve e ficar mais dias para aproveitar melhor!

Hotel agradável e uma bonita estrutura

Bem, O hotel foi recomendado pelo meu filho que se hospedou no mesmo e nos disse ser agradável, o que pudemos confirmar. Ao chegar na recepção recebemos as chaves do quarto, antes de nos hospedar fomos verificar o quarto: ele ficava no piso térreo, o quarto em si era agradável, mas o cheiro de mofo era forte e pedimos para mudar de quarto, o recepcionista disse que não tinha mais quartos disponíveis. Meu esposo e eu chegamos à conclusão que não iríamos ficar, o recepcionista nos informou que não haveria a devolução dos 20% pago e que perderíamos o valor pago, meu esposo (Advogado) solicitou à ele um recibo do valor pago e ele se recusou a nos dar meu esposo insistiu e ele ficou enrolando dizendo que teria que falar com o superior dele que nunca chegou à recepção. Enquanto eu aguardava na recepção meu esposo saiu para atender o celular nesse momento o recepcionista me disse que estava vendo se havia um quarto no piso superior achei estranho pois ele havia dito que não tinha, logo surgiu o quarto. Esse era mais ventilado, sem cheiro de mofo, e nos agradou. Resolvemos que ficaríamos com o quarto. Limpeza boa, quanto ao café da manhã era fraco, os frios não tinham aparência de frescos, achei pouca opção de alimentos, pedimos também uma porção de camarão rosa e batatas fritas na área da piscina, o camarão não era rosa e era pequeno a batata não era crocante, a alimentação deixou a desejar. Contudo o hotel nos agradou por sua estrutura, limpeza, a garagem interna é pequena.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento, instalações e limpeza simplesmente perfeito. Minhss únicas observações negativas ficam por conta da cama que não era de casal (2 de solteiro que juntaram e fica aquele “meio” com um buraco desconfortável, a ventoinha de ventilação do banheiro fazia muito barulho ao ser ligada e ao final, no check-out, eles cobram (de forma opcional) uma taxa de conveniência, que segundo eles, é repassada na integra aos funcionários. No meu caso, foi 90 reais. Embora eles informam que é opcional, não avisam isso previamente, e miitas vezes, como você tem um atendimento muito bom, você fica sem graça de rejeitar (como se vc se recusasse a pagar os 10% nos restaurantes), isso deveria ser informado antecipadamente. No demais, voltaria e super indico o hotel.

Indignação e desrespeito.

Fomos em 2 adultos e uma criança de 3 anos, ao chegar verificamos que só tinha 2 toalhas, e, ao solicitar a terceira (para criança), fui informada de que por ser cortesia não tinha direito, o que é um absurdo, afinal, não faz o menor sentido não disponibilizar o serviço completo (toalha de banho e de praia). Se o Hotel oferece cortesia é evidente que deve fazer de forma a não interferir, muito menos limitar a boa estadia! Fiquei indignada e ao conversar com outras mães, a reclamação foi geral. Não fornecem toalhas para crianças até 7 anos. Absurdo!
