Otima localização. Cafe da manhã maravilhoso com muitas opções de alimentos. O hotel e muito bom próximo da praia, mas o que me deixou desconfortável apesar do quarto estar limpo foi o cheiro de mofo nas paredes que impregnou o ambiente, mas fora isto nada de negativo. Os funcionários sao hospitaleiros. So nao foi possivel trocar de apto, pois nao tinha outro disponivel no dia.

O quarto era muito bom, espaçoso. Porem me decepcionei com o banheiro. Nao tinha porta sabonete, onde eu iria colocar o sabonete enquanto tomava banho? Ah mas tinha os potes de sabonete liquido, mas estavam vazios...ou seja teriamos q usar o sabonete em barra sem ter onde colocar. Avisei na recepcao e me disseram q ia pedir pra encher os recepientes, situação q fiquei esperando ate o fim da minha estadia, ou seja, a recepcionista me contou uma mentirinha pra ver se eu iria acreditar. Outra coisa q ficou a desejar, nao tinha toalha de rosto. Pedimos na recepção e nos deram duas, as quais nao foram trocadas em nenhum dia da nossa estadia. Aoninves de colocar spots nos nichos da sala, luzinhas para iluminar nichos poderiam pensar nas prioriades para o hospede. Q decepção!

Os funcionários são atenciosos, a estadia foi agradável. Mas o hotel necessita de manutenção e substituição de toalhas e roupas de cama. As toalhas de banho estavam muito velhas, com manchas, rasgadas nas pontas e o cobertor tinha furos. Sou cliente há anos, quando ainda era Clipper e a sauna ficava ligada o dia todo, o que é uma boa opção, especialmente em dias de chuva. Dizem que o horário é a partir das 16 horas, mas na penúltima vez que estive no hotel não ligaram nem no horário informado, mesmo eu pedindo. O horário de check-in às 16 hs e check-out as 12 hs inviabiliza o uso da praia. Antes o check-in era às 14 horas. A nova lei determina o maximo de 3 horas para limpeza.

Pontos Negativos: Não foi avisado, quando na reserva, que estacionamento é cobrado a parte. Roupas de cama e toalhas de banho não estavam em bom estado e cheirando a mofo. O hotel é razoavel, de acordo com o valor cobrado ,um pouco antigo. O estacionamento é pago e como não tem muita opcao por perto , não tem escolha. o café da manhã é bom , mas fiquei por mais de 30 minutos ouvindo conversas e risadas , em tom altíssimo , vindos da cozinha o que tornou o café da manhã muito desagradável e constrangedor.
