O apartamento nao confere com o anuncio. Tudo no apartamento e muito antigo 25 anos. Não tem ar condicionado na sala e em dois quartos. So 1 ar condicionado funcionou. O terceiro quarto e minúsculo e o banheiro ao lado também e cheio de vassouras e rodos. Tanto o quartinho quanto o banheiro não são próprios para uso. Tinha tanto mofo no quartinho que ate a cortina e um quadro na parede estavam cobertos. Os colchões são super desconfortáveis e muito, mas muito velhos. O apartamento e super quente (verão) e não dispõe de ar condicionado como listado no anuncio (so em um quarto com camas de solteiro). Não tivemos acesso a varanda pois a porta não abre (tem uma chave quebrada dentro da fechadura - ha muito tempo). O apartamento estava limpíssimo. Foi a única coisa condizente com o anuncio.

Excelente final de semana com as crianças.

Apto com ótima localização entre a praia Enseada e Pitangueiras, bem no pé do Morro do Maluf, com ótimos restaurantes próximos e o supermercado Pão de Açúcar a 500m. Chegamos estava tudo bem limpinho e o Sr. Edmilson foi bem solicito e rápido para liberar nossa entrada. O único ponto que fica como uma sugestão é que não tem redes de proteção na varanda e janelas, como estávamos com crianças tivemos que ficar com todas as janelas bem trancadas e não utilizamos a varanda, não foi um problema, pois tem ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Mas seria muito gostoso tomar um café da manhã na varanda. Recomendo e com certeza iremos voltar.

Ambiente limpo e bonito, mas...

Precisa de modernização, tomadas modelo antigo, liguei meu secador na única tomada nova na lavanderia que pifou na hora. Recarregar celular só no carro. TV tubo na suite e LED na sala. Passamos um dia inteiro sem TV e sem internet. Pedimos apoio ao zelador Edmilson por 3 vezes, mas diante da inércia demonstrada, no sábado a noite desligamos e ligamos os aparelhos até funcionar. No mais, os colchões apresentam manchas duvidosas. Uma pena!

O apartamento é completíssimo, nele tem TUDO que você precisa pra ficar tranquilo, além de tudo a localização é perfeita, fica entre 2 praias. O pessoal do condomínio são super educados, qualquera coisa que precisamos eles estavam dispostos a nos auxiliar, o serviço de praia também é muito bom.. A proprietária foi um amor desde o começo, sempre disposta a tirar dúvidas e foi super atenciosa. Concerteza alugaremos novamente.
