Cumopre o que promete
Excelente localização perto de tudo (Mercado,farmacia,pizzaria,sorveteria etc) o chalé tem todos os equipamentos funcionando tudo realmente em ordem.
O único ponto negativo é a falta de uma garagem, no resto tudo OK.
