Beautiful hotel lobby and gardens! Plentiful staff to assist. It’s such a lovely place with people at all hours too! Rooms are good, I’d suggest you book one of their newer style rooms though. Breakfast is good but way overpriced at 228rmb per person per day.

-conclusion:if you want to experience multicultural environment, love history and heritage, want to explore local culture and enjoy luxury ambience but don’t care too much of top class service then this could be the right place. -pro: amazing facility (nice gym, pool, spa, lovely Chinese garden in the middle of city centre brings tranquility), great room, nice food (some of the best brekkie and restaurants) and great location. The hotel has characteristics and heritage (it has a museum! ) and carries a old time glamorous charm. -cons/improvements required: staff are very nice and enthusiastic to help but service is chaotic, slow and unprofessional. My check in . was terrible even the staff insulted me and that happened to me first time in my life but the hotel is ok location is good am giving single star because of the staff only and one more thing I really advice the hotel to change the executive lounge to the old location as there are very limited space sometime you have to set near the toilet and that’s terrible with smell while the full bar seating always empty and wish the hotel the best tnx
