Shower leaked water all over the floor. Engineers failed to fix it. Room wasn't cleaned one day, which left us using same towels, although we used many towels on the floor. Shower pressure was weak. View was a bit disappointing since looking straight out of the door there was an old, dirty hotel to see. You need to go up to the door or outside to see the ocean and beach. Website said there was a free airport shuttle, which was a big reason I chose the Westin, but there isn't. Breakfast was good but cost of room should cover all occupants, not just 2 people and then you gotta pay more.

Left a jacket in the closet and realized after check out. The front desk confirmed the housekeeping team did not find it. I know for sure it was left behind in the closet because I had washed it , hanged it in the closet and never wore it again. Fine service, but hotel requires infrastructure upgrades. Air conditioning in the room never got it cold, regardless of setting, and the room has a persistent dampness to it. Rather than an office chair for the provided desk, a dining chair was poorly repurposed. Wi-Fi was quick, but went out for 3-5 minute periods frequently. Hot water was intermittent in the shower - sometimes quite hot, other times never more than lukewarm despite running 10-15 minutes.

Check-in was a little slow, but staff was friendly. Room was large, clean, and appropriately furnished, but muggy, with a lingering mildew smell and persistent humidity. Air conditioning would not cool room under the mid 70s, and the persistent damp affected linens (particularly bedding). Chairs were not particularly comfortable, and desk was an awkward height compared to the provided desk chair (desk tall, chair low), making extended computer based tasks slightly unpleasant. Wi-Fi speeds were exceptional, and all lights and appliances worked. Bed (with exception of dampness of bedding) was very comfortable and soft. As a whole the stay was fine, but particularly good. The most noteworthy item was the environmental issues already discussed. Probably a below average experience for the price point, but not outright bad. If the room actually got cold (or even cool) and avoided the damp I would recommend, as it stands there are superior options at the same price.

The resort was beautiful with excellent service and everythingnwas very clean. My only complain is that everything that we ate from the beach bar was mediocre. Not worth the price at all. The shrimp on my ceasar salad were overvooked. Husband and i split a chicken sandwich that was dry and had no flavor at all. My steak burrito was stuffed with roast beef (like lunch meat) and not steak. Also the rice and queso in the burrito were both flavorless. Our drinks at the bar were great and there were constantly attendants at the pool and shops. It really was a great time overall, but i would plan to do something else for lunch.
