Summary:

Este pequeño loft se encuentra dentro de una propiedad con otros dos alojamientos, todos con entrada independiente al interior de la misma. Cuenta con cocina, TV por cable y plataformas de Streaming, internet de 200 Mbps, AC, calefacción, lavadora, secadora y servicio de limpieza. Ha estado rentado de manera permanente, la persona que más tiempo se quedó fue por 2 años y la que menos solo por 3 horas para bañarse y descansar. The Space:

Abajo del loft hay una terraza la cual tiene uso únicamente de lobby (no reuniones o convivios), nos gusta cuidar que el ambiente sea tranquilo. La zona es muy céntrica, en una ubicación privilegiada y tranquila, a sólo 2 cuadras del parque metropolitano y 8 cuadras de Plaza Galerías. Cerca de todo lo necesario. Es un lugar hogareño y acogedor para descansar, relajarse y disfrutar.



Tiene capacidad para 2 personas y aunque no es un lugar lujoso (si eres exigente te recomendamos el Hotel Hyatt Regency Andares), ofrecemos todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa durante tu estadía; aire acondicionado, vestidor, ropa de cama, toallas, una pequeña cocina, refrigerador; estufa, licuadora, vajilla completa, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina básicos.

Tiene una amplia cochera, compartida con el resto de la casa, el huésped puede hacer uso de la misma para resguardar un vehículo. En la parte de abajo del departamento tenemos una terraza con cantina la cual no se puede usar.

La empleada doméstica se encarga de hacer la limpieza previa la llegada de los huéspedes y dejar listo el mini departamento, ella también vive en la propiedad, por si tienes algún encargo especial (con costo). Al salir, hace toda la limpieza posterior, en caso de que sea una estancia mediana o larga, ella pude ingresar 1 o 2 veces por semana a realizar la limpieza según disponibilidad.
