un poco desatendida.
la empleada que nos atendio al llegar no sabia ni ingles ni frances y no sabia de que le hablabamos al referirle kuestra reserva.
al no haber comenzado la temporada de esqui la urbanizacion estaba muerta. nos dijeron que el unico restaurante-tienda cerraba el dia de muestra llegada exvepcionalmente pero en realidad no abrio minguno de los tres dias que estuvimos alli.
en cuanto a servicios, cayo una nevada impresionante y a duras penas pasaba un miniquitanieves cada varias horas que no limpiaba nada. el ultimo dia (un dia antes de lo previsto) nos hicieron volver a por las dabanas y toallas hasta la casa, cosa que no pasa con otras agencias que he contratado anteriormente. un poco decepcionante.
