Superbe séjour les pieds dans l’eau ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce T3 en duplex à Porticcio. L’emplacement est tout simplement idyllique : la promesse du "front de mer" est tenue, la plage se trouvant juste au pied de la résidence.Les points forts :- Vue imprenable : La vue sur la mer est magnifique et totalement conforme aux photos de l’annonce.- Confort & Propreté : Le logement est très propre, confortable et particulièrement bien équipé. On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi.- Accueil du propriétaire : Un grand merci au propriétaire et sa famille pour leur accompagnement précieux. Leurs conseils (guide local, recommandations de restaurants et de plages) nous ont permis de préparer nos vacances sereinement et de découvrir de superbes endroits.À noter (Vigilance) :- Le charme de l’appartement tient aussi à son architecture, mais soyez prudents avec les poutres apparentes au niveau de l’escalier et dans les chambres mansardées. Les plus grands devront baisser un peu la tête !En résumé, un lieu parfait pour profiter de la Corse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Sèche cheveux et soleil.. Réfrigérateur.. Congélateur.. Petite terrasse vue panoramique sur la mer... Petite balade (15min)pour aller en courses où faire qq emplettes.. De nombreux restaurants... Proches.. Plages presque devant la porte mais descente dans l'eau difficile pour une personne handicapée.. Plages à 15min en voiture vraiment belles mais sauvages(sans toilettes) Tout fut en plus Y compris les conseils demandés à nos hôtes.. Pertinents... Merci pour ce séjour Christine et Nadine

IDEAL

Nous étions deux couples et nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre semaine et la location. Idéalement située à Porticcio, une vue mer imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio, au calme, accès direct plage de la résidence, ce duplex nous a particulièrement contenté par sa propreté et son équipement. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. L'accueil chaleureux de Mme BIANCHI a été fort apprécié. Le rapport qualité/prix est remarquable. C'est à peine le prix d'un mobil-home dans un camping ! Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. J'en ai déjà parlé à mes amis. Pensez à aller manger des moules "chez Alain". C'est un vrai régal :-) A faire : rando Capu di Muru, les Pozzi de Bastelica, Porto et ses calanques de Piana, Girolata et la réserve de Scandola, Corte et la Vallée de la Restonica, Ajaccio et ses Iles sanguinaires… Bonnes vacances et viva Corsica !

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil à notre arrivée par la propriaitaire. L appartement est spacieux très propre conforme aux photos.La vue est imprenable un vrai régal à toutes heures de la journée.De la terrasse nous avons profitė du soleil. En plus à deux pas de la mer. L appartement et le lieu sont vraiment propices pour un dépaysement total. Avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous reviendrons une prochaine fois dans ce même lieu.

Ne soyons pas égoïstes, il nous faut vous faire découvrir cet appartement, idéalement situé et les pieds dans l'eau.La qualité de la prestation est on ne peut plus agréable, le paysage et la vue sur le golfe d’Ajaccio sont magnifiques sans oublier la qualité de l'accueil qui est à la hauteur de cette location. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location. Idéalement située pour les visites du Sud Corse. Commerces à proximité et bien sûr la petite plage familiale quasi privée au pied de l'appartement. La clim dans les chambres: très appréciée avec la chaleur! Appartement propre et bien équipé. l'escalier un peu raide est peut-être l'inconvénient avec de très jeunes enfants! Sinon PARFAIT!
