Located 5 minutes walk from the sea and shops, magnificent villa ideal for family holidays with its 3 bedrooms, its terrace overlooking the Ajaccio golf course and its small private garden.

The villa is being renovated and will be equipped as follows:
- 3 real bedrooms (including 2 in a row): 2 bedrooms with double bed in 140 and a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 (new bedding).
- 1 bright living room open onto a terrace with sea view.
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen.
- 1 bathroom.
- 1 magnificent furnished terrace (garden table / chairs and barbecue) with view of Ajaccio golf course and a small private garden.
- Towels and bed linen provided

- Possibility to rent baby equipment (stroller, travel cot with mattress, high chair ...).

The neighborhood:
Located in a very calm and typical residence, the villa is ideally placed in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio. The villa is 10 minutes from Ajaccio airport, 5 minutes 'walk from the sea and shops, 10 minutes' walk from nautical activities (diving, sailing, etc.), the maritime shuttle to Ajaccio and entertainment (restaurants, bars and nightclubs).
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
