Had a great time at this home!! Even though the fish wasn’t biting, we still had a blast!! Nice big yard, an area you can keep your dogs in. The house was nice and the beds were comfortable also. Would definitely stay here again!!! The host was very accommodating also. Thanks again for an enjoyable time at your place Mr Hester.

Needed Vacation

The house was wonderful. The beds were soft, rooms were cool to sleep in. Everything was provided pots pans dishes cups toaster coffee pot. We enjoyed it very much.

Quaint and Quiet

The property was as described in listing. It was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the enclosed porch. The stormy weather kept us indoors but we cozied up and watched. The only thing that I would change is that the house was very scented with plug ins and all of the linens were heavily scented. Just not great for my allergies:)

Excellent fishing place!

We go on an annual fishing trip with our elder parents. They have so much fun at this place and the fishing never disappoints. The place is nice, the movie selection is great. We look forward to staying here every year!!

enjoyed the stay

we enjoyed the stay. The fishing was great. All the food and puzzles and games were fun. The only problem we had was with the nest thermostat. Not one of us ever had a nest thermostat we had trouble trying to set it. But it all worked out in the end.

Week on the lake

My husband and I had a beautiful week on Lake Limestone. The October weather was warm and the lake inviting. The house was clean and well furnished, even some basic supplies were left in the kitchen for guests to use. Overall, we had a fine stay.

Excellent weekend away

Stumbled upon this listing while browsing waterfront properties, what a lucky find! My boyfriend and I spent labor day weekend with our pups. Better in person than pictures! Quiet, relaxing, just perfect. House has everything youd need for your stay. Swam, fished and enjoyed the lake front breeze.

Wonderful fishing retreat!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We fished, swam, lounged on the deck and porch and overall just relaxed and had fun!! The house had everything we needed for the meals we brought to cook and the beds were very comfortable. A/C worked great, which is always a plus in this Texas summer heat. We caught fish all day long from the pier and were able to use our cast net to get shad to use for bait. All done without leaving the premises, no boat needed!! We will definitely book this place again in the future.

2nd time renting this cabin! Love the location and fishing here. The owner is great too! Grand kids love the deck and huge yard! Fishing off the dock in the evening is the best!

Great place for fishing!

Our family has now stayed here 2 years in a row, and the fishing has been great both times. The house is as listed and it is comfortable and perfect for a fishing weekend. The owner is super responsive.

Excellent Lake House

If you are a fisherman, look no further. The house has everything you need, and a ramp is only a few minutes away. There is ample parking, and you can catch fish in front of the house. Enjoy your stay!!

Limestone Retreat

The house is better than described, and the lake views are fantastic. The yard has plenty of room for a boat. The real gem is the owner, Robert. He was available and gracious. There was nothing we lacked. We will be back!!
