The hotel is in a cetral place. Good parking, good bars and pubs are a short walk away. Buses and taxis are also a short walk away. The staff are very helpful and always have a smile. A very nice hotel overall

Hotel was nice and clean but a little dated. Location was great as it is near train station and bus stops. Staff were great. Unfortunately the rooms were too hot and there is no air conditioning. They did provide a fan though. Had to go downstairs at 5 am just to cool down a bit.

Check in was easy, the staff were very polite and efficient also very accomodating nothin was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, a bit outdated but it did not affect my options. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. It had a bath with shower, complimentary toiletries etc, clean towels every day although I only stayed 2 nights. Dining room/bar area very nice and meals, drinks etc were reasonably priced. If I were to return to Grimsby I would definitely use this hotel again. It is a couple of minutes walk to the shopping centre and train station.
