Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the cupboard were even dirty the sink had spolt milk in it and a nearly empty mayo i am not exaggerating the smell made me feel sick. There was even a rubber glove hanging from the ceiling im guessing to cover an exposed wire. It took so long to process the refund that i ended up travelling home that evening and didnt get back untll after midnight. It ruined our 1 night stay. He paid me back part of what i payed and i ended up losing £20 as he said he would only give me the money he woild make from it not the fee he pays yourselves!
