Rooms were VERY NICELY updated with newer furniture and special decorative elements. Had literally everyone cable channel you could possibly ever want to watch! Only area for improvement-breakfast. The waffle mix was stale and the juice sour.

The room smelled of musky old smoke. I had to get some spray from the staff and it still smelled bad. I ended up buying some room spray to help me get through the stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient comfortable hotel. Close to Atlanta & Senoia where I spent most of my time in Georgia.

Dont understand any of these negative reviews. Room was well maintained. Bed had clean linens and the mattress was in great shape(looked new). Bathroom was also in decent shape with new vanities and good water pressure in the shower. You could tell the room had been remodeled as there were a few holes not patched on a wall and in the bathroom. This was only aesthetic and did not hamper the comfort or function of the room. The reception area was in very nice condition and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean and well managed. Foods were eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffle, toast and gravy for biscuits and gravy...but NO biscuits(only knock). There is a slight smell as mentioned...and I mean SLIGHT. The property and area are VERY nice. Overall, if you are used to $200 rooms, probably not your choice, but I would value it in the $100-$120 range. Pleasant stay and I'll go back again.

The staff and hotel was great. I wish i had asked for a non smoking room. The room smelled heavily of smoke..

We had the opportunity to attend a concert at "The Fred" in Peachtree City GA, and after some investigation we chose to stay at The SLEEP INN at 109 City Circle. The location was excellent for getting to-and-from the concert venue, although it is tucked away and not directly on the main road (actually this is a PLUS); USE YOUR GPS if you are not familiar with the area! Shopping and dining are within easy walking distance; and the area is designed for foot and golfcart traffic. The SLEEP INN hotel was EXCELLENT! The staff is friendly, helpful, accessible and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and computer-friendly with flexible (within reason of course) check-in & check-out times. We could not be more satisfied with our stay at the SLEEP INN, and I can highly recommend that you check it out if you are going to Peachtree City GA.

The lamp on the desk did not work! Awoke at 5am to get a shower and had only like warm water. Left it run for 20 minutes and had water just barely warm enough to quickly shower in. The continental breakfast was good but the OJ was watery. This has been a good hotel in the past but seems to be slipping!

This hotel was sufficient in every way. Wouldn't want to stay long but good for an overnight stop. Location is great in terms of restaurants and central location. Staff was very helpful--strongest aspect of the hotel.

The hotel was a nice choice. It was clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to, the location was great and the staff was friendly. You should consider ending breakfast around 10am or 11am like some other hotels do. Not many people like to get up early when on vacation.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were recently updated plus it was getting new carpet! Very quiet area . The only complaint was with staff: seemed like I was interrupting the managers time on the computer in the morning -- it took a bit for her to acknowledge that I was at the desk right in front of her. Also, night auditor one morning was quite loud on her cell phone while delivering papers and woke me up at 6am. Other than these items, nice hotel and nice location.

When we arrived the check in was simple, we thought great, until we got to our room. We were booked in a smoking room. We requested a non smoking room. How can this happen? The smell was horrible. When we asked to be moved they told us there were no non smoking rooms available. Needless to say we were very disappointed. I do have to say, the staff was nice and did say we could move the following day, which we did. But from overhearing the compalints of other guests we were not the only ones this mistake was made with. I would deffinately confirm a non smoking room before arrival.

This hotel is located at the edge of Peachtree City at the intersection of two local highways not far from the interstate adjacent to a shopping center. The area is neatly trimmed and the locals use golf carts to get around. There is an excellent opportunity to access the entire area south of Atlanta without the city traffic and convenient access to a major interstate, yet quiet and restful.
