There was a dead bug on the A/C and we dealt with the nasty smell of pot coming through from the adjoining room for 2 days. Having a baby in your room makes it even worse to put up with. The manager apologized many times but even with a “No Smoking of any kind” policy, the individuals were not removed. Hotels.com says there were cribs and a pool of which there were neither. The staff did, however, go above and beyond in making sure there was a pack & play for the baby to sleep in!
At least it was dead

Staff was very nice & helpful, but this place is a dirty dump! The carpet in our rooms (3 rooms total) was filthy, & furniture was dirty, bathtub moldy. It stunk really bad too. This place should be priced half of what it is or completely renovated. It’s gross!!
