Murray, Max and Maddie were a lovely greeting party. Check in was a breeze and Murray was a wealth of knowledge on things to check out and places to eat. The room and facilities were brilliant. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was both kept awake and woken by an intermittent jolting “whoosh” sound. NI have stayed at Oaks twice b4 & have experienced the same thing. The noise is hard to describe/define but I think it’s mechanical - maybe air conditioning or similar & if I were the owner, I would find a way to record one whole night to determine the cause. What a pity - I felt very tired and seedy going into a busy day. Thanks Dee
