Bellini has three queen bedrooms, the generous master with ensuite features a gorgeous claw-foot bath with overhead shower.

There is a second bathroom with a walk in shower, and a separate toilet.

Bellini has a fully equipped Kitchen (Nespresso!) that flows into the open dining and living spaces, ideal for entertaining.

French doors lead to a large, northwest-facing deck and private backyard perfect for a BBQ and outdoor dining. There is a tiny “olive grove” and a lemon tree for the cocktails.

A wood fire and heat pump (with cooling) will keep you comfortable year round.

For your convenience and enjoyment, Bellini has practical amenities like WiFi, a Google Smart TV to connect to your streaming services and a washing machine with dryer.

We ask that all guests are considerate of our neighbours so no parties please and keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. There is no smoking or vaping permitted.
