Lovely comfortable 1879 red brick farmhouse on 52 acres right beside Bruce trail.
Pool to enjoy during summer months and two kayaks for use. Beaver River is right around the corner to paddle down.
Wildlife,nature and birds galore.
Great area for exploring with quaint villages all around. Georgian Bay and awesome swimming just a short 15 minute drive away. This area also has many waterfalls to explore. Depending on the season, there is lots to see and each month offers something different. For e.g. fireflies in June. At night it looks like a fairy land. Spring peepers during spring and a great frog pond with assorted frogs during summer. Bull frogs serenade you at night. Property also has trails and two ponds. At night, you can hear a variety of owls and coyotes howling. The village of Kimberley is two minutes away.
Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a kitchen, and a washing machine.

Tracey was an excellent host, we enjoyed our stay and especially the pool was a highlight. We had a rainy day on Saturday but managed to get out four wheeling in the afternoon. A bit of a wet ride home though lol. Kitchen was well stocked for dishes. We would recommend staying here.

Overall our stay was great! Tracey was a great host, friendly, and easy to get along with. Check in was simple, so was checking out. The property is very private and peaceful, it is very remote. Another bonus was that it was per friendly! The pool area was great and where we spent most of time! I would go back!

As pictured - gorgeous grounds! Plenty of space, flowers, birds and a wooded area for a short hike. View of the valley reminded us of Costa Rica.The home itself is eclectic and loved. There were a few bugs which is to be expected in the area. AC is self-controlled. Plenty of dishes, utensils and kitchen food basics are available like spices, oil and sugar. Beds were comfortable and linens were lovely. Wifi worked well for our devices and Netflix on TV was great. Many areas for seating - indoors and out.Exclusive pool area has 4 loungers and 6 other seats. Pool was cool (welcome to most on hot days) and had continous skimmer for debris. This area is where we had a fire at night. Cute little frog pond as well!Lovely owner lives in the other house pictured (with solar panel). She personally checked us in and was readily available but did not interact unless requested.Would definitely stay again

Will definitely rent again. Lovely farm house, beautiful gardens, lots of birds to watch. Pet friendly. And due to the heat wave this week we were thankful for the air conditioning and the pool!
