Villa Grevigiana is a beautiful farmhouse in the middle of the Chianti region in Tuscany, perfect spot for a large family reunion or large group of friends wishing to spend a luxury and unique holiday in Tuscany; the villa is surrounded by the characteristic Tuscan vegetation made of oaks, cypress trees, rosemary, olive groves and of course the famous Chianti vineyards; a perfect location for day trips exploring the beauty of the region, mid-way between Florence and Siena, the nearest town is the cozy hamlet of Panzano in Chianti.

The villa has a large private garden made of different terraces facing the Chianti hills, guest will enjoy the use of private swimming pool equipped with lunges and umbrellas for shade, there are paved terraces equipped with elegant garden sofas and arm chairs where to relax enjoying a glass of Chianti Classico. There are table and chairs that can accommodate 24 people where to organize al fresco meals all together! Large spaces in the garden with soccer field, ping pong table, so guest can enjoy the day with lot of activities especially for the youngest part of the group.

The villa is divided into different section with the main body and dependance, a traditional stone building, owner carefully restored the property maintaining the original walls outside and using luxury furnishing for the interiors in order to offer the most comfortable stay to its guests. The main entrance leads to a living area equipped with sofas, arm chairs, flat screen TV, fire place; generous dining room and professional kitchen will all amenities needed; on ground floor there are also the first five double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, all bedrooms in this floor have direct access to the outside equipped areas.

On the first floor there are the other seven double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with shower and mosquito nets on windows. The villa features a recently built SPA with large hot tub, massage room, and Finnish sauna.
the villa is fully air conditioned, there is internet wifi, every bedroom has flat screen TV in room.

Dependance: feature three apartments each with double bedroom with bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchenette, and equipped outside area.

It is possible to rent the property only main body or main body with dependance, if rent the main villa dependance will stay closed.

The nearest town is Panzano in Chinati a small hamlet 1.5 km away which offers all services, the larger town Greve in Chinati is 5 km away; Castellina in Chianti 14 km; Florence 35 km; Siena 40 km; San Gimignano 40 km; Florence airport 43 km; Pisa Airport 96 km; Rome Airport 300 km;

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 1500.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
