Welcome to Greer's Twin Cottage B! This charmingly restored duplex is a short walk to Downtown Greer, its shops, restaurants and the Greer City Park. The cottage features 2 bedrooms (a king bed and a queen bed to sleep 4), a full bathroom, and a large front porch. It is dog friendly and includes a secluded fenced-in back yard. Cottage A may also be rented (if available) to sleep 4 more guests. Cottages are separated, have separate porches, separate entrances and separate fenced-in back yards.

Welcome to Greer's Twin Cottage B! This charmingly restored duplex is a short walk to Downtown Greer, its shops, restaurants and the Greer City Park. Each cottage has it's own private driveway with 2 parking spaces. The neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s). All of downtown Greer's charming shops, restaurants, amenities and events and within a short walking distance.

This cottage features 2 bedrooms (to sleep 4), a full bathroom, its own large front porch and 2 private parking spaces. It is dog-friendly and includes a secluded fenced-in back yard. Twin Cottage A may also be rented (if available) to sleep 4 more guests. Both cottages are separate from each other with separate entrances with separate porches. The back yard is also separately fenced-in for each cottage. There is an access gate between both yards that may be used by guests to create a larger private, "dog park" if neighboring dogs from both cottages are allowed to mingle. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit to be collected separately from booking.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

This was our third stay at this cottage in Greer while visiting family. Comfortable space and easy to walk to downtown Greer. The unit was clean and had most everything we needed, including night lights and a full length mirror, which were new (and appreciated) this visit. Only negative is that the bath towels were small and substandard. Overall, a good stay!

We were in Greer for a family wedding and this home was the perfect place to stay! It is centrally located in a great area. The beds were so comfortable and there was bedding and bowls for my dog (which was wonderful because we forgot ours!). The hosts were quick and responsive when we had a question and very kind. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable stay! We had a weekend trip planned for a getaway to explore Greenville. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Bike trail. Easy bike rentals at Reedy Bikes. We also explored the Falls Park on the Reedy. It was nice to come back to a quiet area to relax for the evening.

Noise dogs, train horns in early am and loud and much traffic. Bed in front room great clean kitchen sofa is very uncomfortable short distance from city park laundry noises folding doors don’t close great porch to sit on but watch rocker bottom comes off easy.over all beats staying in expensive hotel and being able to cook your own meals .host are great people very attentive.

Was very impressed with the property and the host. Awesome mattresses, pillows and sheets. Had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy.
