This beautiful1150 sq ft, updated, two bedroom, two bath (ensuite) second floor guest house with back patio area is centrally located to Greenville, Spartanburg, and surrounding areas.
You will be close to many conveniences- Target, Walmart, Starbucks, BiLo, Kohls, Texas Roadhouse, Rollerskating rink, Bowling, and many others.
An easy 15 min drive to downtown Greenville.

When you stay here you will enjoy a full kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, island with stools, and table and chairs for added seating or work space.
