Convenient to the interstate but in a quiet location. Two night spent and enjoyed. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. Breakfast was good and unlike many hotels there was a microwave in the dinning room so we could warm up the Danish.

This hotel was for a quick meet up with family. They accepted puppies which was a big plus. Right off 85, another big plus. Staff was friendly and recommended a place to eat as well. Starbucks was about 7mns away in town at Engles grocery and breakfast was run of the mill. Only complaint was ppl next door slamming door on door stop late night and early morning. Nothing hotel can do but if your reading this PLEASE have manners ppl. Room was , beds comfy. Thanks y'all.

We spend 1 night here to make Open House at USC UPSTATE. The room we had was clean with plenty of room. The staff was very friendly. We were by the interstate but the noise didn't bother us. The roaring of the traffic actually helped me sleep .. like listening to waterfalls lol There was free wifi and breakfast but we didn't try the breakfast.

Breakfast was just OK, room was adequate, bed comfy, TV on the small side, but worked well. WiFi seemed to be OK. My travelling companion had issues with connectivity in her room across the hall. Room was clean and in good repair, front desk staff pleasant and helpful. It was fine for what we needed and a good value for what we paid. We reserved 6 weeks in advance. Was further away from our destination than we wanted but the savings more than compensated for the extra 5 minutes driving time.

IF YOU ARE A RACER, BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! Everything went great until after checkout. We were in town with a large group of racers, and upon leaving the hotel, I received an additional charge from the hotel. When I called Choice, they told me it was for "soiled linens" and would call the hotel to investigate. the corporate office then told me the hotel would contact me. They sure did, at 5 AM via text message saying well your towels were too muddy to wash, I tried to get ahold of this person several times via messages and calls, finally decided to call the corporate office back, to which they told me that they had to file an insurance claim for dirty towels and that the hotel was busy, that I should try to call back later. Then I woke up to another message saying every racer that "abused hotel property was charged and there was nothing to be done". I have never experienced customer service this way before when there is a customer conflict. I will never stay at this place again for any future races. OCR friends, stay away if you can.

Well, as I often do, I arrived two hours before check in. My room was not ready because they were sold out the night before. The receptionist called the room attendant to the front desk and asked her to clean my room first so she could get me checked in as soon as possible. I ran a couple errands and came back my room was ready. Great staff, super clean facility, wonderful breakfast. Very good choice

The staff was less than friendly. Our room was damp and muggy. There was a sign that said 100% smoke-free, but their was obvious residue of smoke. We have 2 asthmatic boys who started to wheeze in the middle of the night from it. I noticed behind the curtains on the wall their was mold growing. The chair in the room had stains and something sticky on it. The comforter was wrinkled, which we don't really mind that.. It just looked untidy. The closet door was broken and the carpet seemed wet. Also it was hard to fall asleep with how noisy it was right by the interstate.. And that was with a sound machine and AC going. All that to say, we will not be retuurning to Comfort Inn and Suites. The one plus to our stay was the breakfast, but they need to work on the main reason people go in the first place... Comfort.

I spent already several times in the hotel, where everything was ok, but not this time! After I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes that a room was ready for me, even if I had a reservation with approved arrival time. Unfortunately the room was not clean, you could tell that it was not cleaned appropriate for more than weeks. Above the curtain it was totally cobwebbed, the door to the bathroom was hard to close, something is wrong, could see a few screws in the frame, seems that somebody tried to fix it without being successful. The corners in the bathroom were totally dirty, I found a pill (which was not mine) underneath the cabinet in the bathroom and an earpiece of glasses in front of the bed...I am wondering, why this was not noticed! The safe was closed, which happened also on my last stay...why is it so hard to get it open before a new guest is checking in? I will rethink, if I will stay there once more!

The hotel is run down and could use a remodel...it didn't seem clean to me and it smelled horrible. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at any hotel. It is in a run down section and a service station in front of the hotel. I am sure I won't be staying there on my next trip.

We stayed at this hotel last night and were not impressed. We arrived late evening and a group of young men were smoking cigarettes, and drinking beer in the registration circle. Their presence made my wife so nervous that so she made me do all of the unloading, registration etc. Then we had some issues with our room with incomplete supplies (coffee, soap, etc). Our room was on the back side of the hotel facing the interstate and we could hear a good bit of road noise overnight. If you are a light sleeper - request a room on the parking lot side (front) of the hotel. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was the traditional hotel breakfast and was well stocked and maintained. Hopefully the remodeling project will help improve the hotel. It is located at a good location with several fast food type restaurants and a couple of discount gas stations nearby. (And a liquor store too).
