The inn was very nice. Basic but comfortable. Quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is no elevator and the doors open to the outside. It’s about 55-7 minutes from downtown Greenville (not counting the unplanned stop to let a family of deer cross the road).

Nice property, very clean, well-maintained and close to the center of town. We stayed on the second floor and the cathedral ceiling gave a feeling of spaciousness. I liked the benches outside the rooms and the hanging baskets of flowers. We did not partake of the breakfast so can't comment on that but there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom had very little storage area for toiletries. The price was right and I would recommend.

The high speed internet was fairly slow, could be due to a full house for fly-in. The room was clean. The water mostly hot, and the room was also. The weather was cool so that’s not a complaint. Parking was good. Never turned on the tv. We don’t spend much time in the room, so this was a perfectly fine experience. The fridge wasn’t plugged in so had to wait for it to get cold. Rate was typical for a special event weekend.

Great place to stay. Close to the event. Will come back next year. AAA+++ we came here for the International Flyin. Close to the events. Easy drive into town. Also took a side trip to Rockwood which was easy. Outstanding and centrally located place.

Very friendly staff. Rooms had the basics and maybe slightly on the small side but comfortable. Bathroom didn't have much room, especially trying to place even toothbrushes anywhere. Located in a very quiet area with a couple of easy hiking trails adjacent to the property. I think it is actually situated well on the way to Rockwood if you want to take the ferry to Mt. Kineo. A couple miles from the town center but it is pretty easy to find parking at the town. The owners even accommodated a request for a recliner in the room for someone traveling with us who sometimes needs to sleep more upright. Breakfast is free but don't expect more than bagels and English muffins.

If you are looking for something other than the big chains this place is it! Nice little Inn in a a beautiful place. Kudos to Jason who was also first on the scene in helping us repair our flat tire! He is also a very knowledgeable individual of the area and will help you to determine what to do while visiting Moosehead Lake!

Went for a snowmobile trip to Greenville and found this little gem. Very clean and comfortable, the towels were the softest I ever had at a motel. The trail to the motel could have been a little better but all in all very nice.

Stayed for an extended period of time, rooms were clean, it’s what you’d expect for a small inn... people are so friendly. Can’t say enough about them all. It snowed quite a bit and that made it fun for the wife and I, the surrounding area is gorgeous Thanks.

Enjoyed a quick stay with my daughter to hike Kineo and ended up doing the Loop Trail too (behind the inn) after a recommendation from the friendly staff! Clean, great location, close to Greenville, and perfect for a few nights! Hope to come back in October for another quick stay and foliage hike!

Checked in and although the room was shabby, I figured it was just "homey." Well, I kept getting new bites on my face and arms throughout the week. I then started to see some dark spots on my sheets and checked the bedding to see if I could find anything. At 12:30am I woke up with intense itching and saw a bed bug crawling on the headboard. I caught it in a tupperware and left the hotel. The hotel staff assured me and my company that they would take care of the problem, but I would be cautious. They use the same vacuum from room to room, so my guess is that this isn't isolated to only my room. It doesn't surprise me though, as my room was barely cleaned, the shower and toilet were NEVER cleaned while I was there, and overall the hotel was pretty grimy. The staff was nice but the hotel WAS NOT!!
