Front desk Nathaniel was absolutely fabulous. professional kind made you feel welcome and appreciate as a guest. Thank you for that. Every staff member was very pleasant. The rooms nice clean, normal hotel rooms. My only complaint and recommendation is they keep the breakfast open to 10 AM especially on weekends. They close at 9:30 other than that I will be back. Great location park your car for your stay to all the attractions downtown. I repeat do not try to drive downtown look for parking by the time you do your vacation is over. walk a block and a half to all the stores and restaurants take a break and after that enjoy Reed River.

Nathaniel (I think is his name 😬) at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Our room key was not working despite being remade , but they discovered a batch of room keys was defective. Nathaniel was very apologetic, kind and courteous. His customer service skills were excellent! Thankyou for making us feel welcomed despite the little hiccups we encountered. The room was clean , beds comfortable and good location.

Clean room and great service. Breakfast was standard, with normal selections you would find elsewhere. Parking was available and free of charge. The echo and noise carried in the hallway was high, to the point that you would hear people whispering outside the room, so bring some earplugs if you want to rest.

Great location to be able to walk downtown to a variety of restaurants and shops. Our room was ready for us and it was very clean. They do not have soap bars in the bathroom but they have soap in containers along with lotion, I like that because the counter stay cleaner. You can hear some traffic noise but does not disturb your sleep. The only real complaint and it’s an important one to those of us who do not like Hard beds, to my husband and myself the king size bed was very uncomfortable! A pillow top would have made our stay great! The Breaskfast for Saturday and Sunday (weekend) was a great variety of food, eggs, sausages, potatoes, gravy, French toast, cereal, cinnamon buns, muffins, danishes, toast, you get the idea the selection was wonderful. They have available all the time coffee, hot tea regular and decaf, and hot Chocolate. The pool was closed for the season. The work out area was nice to have. The staff were very helpful in answering our questions about downtown. Oh and the special treat set out for everyone on Friday night because it was Halloween was Candy! That was a nice touch.
