I booked a room here specifically for the indoor pool as I thought it would be nice after a long day of soccer tourname t games only to find out upon checkin the pool wasn't even useable. A lot of people were very upset.
Beautiful property- My room was spotless and very well appointed. Great bed! Beautiful shower. I did not like the printer station - internet explorer wouldn't allow me to access gmail. Super inconvenient. The staff were basically like "oh well."

Everything looked pretty new and the wife and I was looking forward to our stay. However, our room had a very loud noise that would come and go and sounded like a turbo-prop aircraft engine. This was especially noticeable at night. We don't know if it was an environmental system or what but it was very, very loud. We called the desk and they were no help at all. They weren't even interested enough about our stay to come up to our floor (4th) and see what we were complaining about. Needless to say, we didn't get much rest in preparation for our daily excursions. We had to cut our stay short. Just couldn't take it.
Checking in and out was easy. The staff was very polite. I appreciated the chocolate in the lobby
Everything was great about my stay! The only thing that I can say that's needs to be changed is the when the cleaners began to clean. I had 2 housekeeping ladies come in at 2 different time before 9 a.m. I never had such thing happ before! Thank god for the extra lock so that the door could not open all the way.... Last, the was a lot of banging by the cleaners around 8 a.m. Other than that, Nice hotel!
